This limited edition Guatemala coffee offers a bright, elegant cup with lively citrus acidity and a rounded caramelised sugar sweetness. Gentle stone fruit undertones add depth and complexity, while a clean cocoa finish brings balance and smoothness to the cup.
Roasted to a medium profile, it is a beautifully expressive coffee for those who enjoy clarity, sweetness and a refined finish.
This coffee comes from independent smallholder producers across some of Guatemala’s most respected and remote coffee-growing areas, including Santa Barbara, San Pedro Néctar, San Juan Atitán, Todos Los Santos Cuchumatanes and La Libertad.
The producers deliver their coffee to Lux Cafe’s dry mill in Villa Nueva, where it is prepared for export. Cultivation and processing are managed at farm level, helping producers retain more value at origin while preserving traditional and environmentally conscious methods.

This coffee is processed using the washed method, with pulping, fermentation and drying carried out at farm level. Washed processing helps highlight clarity, brightness and clean flavour definition, allowing the natural citrus, caramelised sugar and cocoa notes to come through beautifully.
Grown between 1,500–2,000 MASL, this Strictly Hard Bean coffee benefits from slower cherry development at altitude, contributing to a refined cup with sweetness, structure and complexity.
