Failed to deliver

A basic review - you failed to deliver my order so after a week I cancelled the order. I have sent several emails to you about your failure to deliver in a timely fashion and requesting that you cancel the order and make a full refund. To date I have had no response to my emails and I have yet to receive confirmation that the order is cancelled and that you have made a full refund.
